Sabile

The next day, I was eager to cook the clutch some more, so we all headed out to take in some sights. We braved the rut-filled dirt roads and headed to Sabile, a quaint little town south of us. Here's Gaida and my mom in the town center. The sun sure shines bright in this quiet little town. After some shopping, we strolled down to the Abava River. We stop for a picture. (I had a close-up, but I didn't catch Laura smiling in that one.)

Down by the Abava, the scenery is simply spectacular. The sun, low in the October sky, casts its dramatic shadows. And the colors, so bright, so pure, radiate in the sunshine.

Just build me a little bungalow right here, thank you very much.
